These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sun Trucking & Materials website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Sun Trucking & Materials provides mini-wheeler dump truck hauling, fill dirt and material delivery, limerock and aggregate hauling, and demolition debris removal services in Oviedo and surrounding Central Florida areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our standard pricing.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, accessibility, distance, and other factors discovered at the time of service. A quote is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Sun Trucking & Materials.

3. Scheduling and Deliveries

We strive to deliver materials and services on schedule. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment availability, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Job Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for our trucks, including road conditions, overhead clearances, weight restrictions, and site stability. Sun Trucking & Materials is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by normal truck access unless due to our negligence.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice or quote unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved clients may be extended net payment terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by Florida law.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization and scheduling costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Trucking & Materials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sun Trucking & Materials and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
